In a world of fleeting interactions and quiet disconnection, many of us are yearning — for closeness, for belonging, for love that feels real.
Heartful Relationshipsis a 3-day retreat designed to gently guide you back to the center of your spiritual and relational being. Grounded in Islamic wisdom and sacred practices of the heart, this retreat offers a space to explore how to relate to the other with depth, intention, and Divine presence.
“Come as you are. Leave more whole.”
Together, we’ll explore how our relationships—with ourselves, others, and Allah—can become pathways to healing. Through guided Islamic practices, embodied exercises, relational and pair work, and group sharing, we’ll explore how to move from transactional patterns of relating towards cultivating soulful connection. This retreat invites you to slow down, soften, and rediscover the joy of relating to one another under the shade of the Divine.
